This year, I partnered with Yurtel to bring a taste of East by West to the festival scene. Designed to nourish and refuel, the East by West menu for Yurtel features traditional Ayurvedic comfort dishes as well as Ayurvedic twists on modern western classics. Focusing on fresh, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, it will ensure guests are able to nurture their “Agni” (aka digestive fire) to keep them dancing all night long.
