CLEANSE + RESET SPRING 2022 FT. A SPECIAL EQUINOX VIRTUAL SOUND BATH

An Equinox is always a special day, but the one around the corner might be even more special. On the 20th of March, not only do we celebrate the arrival of spring (yay!) when the long dark nights are getting shorter, but it’s also the International Day of Happiness — an initiative started by the UN to put our wellbeing back at the forefront of our lives. Plus, in the run-up to the Equinox on Friday the 18th, we will also be marking World Sleep Day, celebrating the restorative power of rest. And to top it off I’ve created a virtual sound bath to help us to seamlessly glide into the new season!

Equinox is when I typically do one of my five yearly Ayurvedic Cleanse + Resets, an excuse for a self-care at-home mini retreat to really tune into how my mind, body and spirit are feeling, and give myself a much-needed reset.
