EAST BY WEST IN GERMANY
After a bit of a rocky start involving a smidge of snow at Heathrow, I flew out to Munich last week to kick off my German book tour for the launch of East by West in Deutschland.
It was pretty cold, but thankfully my programme involved plenty of warming Ayurvedic foods to fight all that Vata energy.
After Munich, the next stop on the tour was gorgeous Hamburg, where I ate delicious food and met some lovely people.
Since I was in Germany anyway, I made a quick pit stop at Soho House Berlin next, where I led a herbs and spices masterclass for some very attentive students.
On my last day, I went to a lovely yoga class to end on a happy note before flying home to my dogs. I cherish every chance I get to travel, and I can't wait to see where life takes me next!
