CHRISTMAS 2025 GIFT GUIDE

The big day is just 10 days away and, excuse the pun, there’s no time like the present to get your gifts sorted. Below is a round-up of some of the magical pieces that have caught my eye this year -  hopefully a little something for everyone - all chosen with a sustainable, ethical approach that makes gift-giving feel more rewarding all round.

CHOOSE LOVE CHARITY SHOP

Kicking off with the true act of giving without expecting anything in return, Choose Love is a UK initiative that partners with organisations worldwide to deliver aid where it’s needed most. Their 2nd annual Choose Love Shop is now open on Regent Street until December, where you can ‘shop’ food bundles, warmth bundles (a child’s winter coat is just £15), mental health support and protection for unaccompanied children -  all of which become essential supplies for refugees and displaced people globally, including in the UK.

You can also pick up gifts for friends and family from the Choose Love merch, or pop one of the new leopard-print sweaters on your own Christmas list. A simple, powerful way to get involved this season.

For something beautifully made and consciously crafted, Pott is a small, female-founded British brand I discovered at the Walpole British Luxury Awards last month, where they were spotlighted as part of the next generation of British luxury talent. The Christmas bundle is a perfect example of why: a hand-thrown ceramic pot paired with a refillable candle in the most gorgeous festive scent, plus - perhaps the sweetest touch - a matching mini pot filled with matchsticks to light it.

Their Christmas starter pack (currently 23% off) includes a gingerbread-style gingham design, a deep glossy green inspired by holly leaves, and even a pudding-shaped pot too. Everything is made in small batches with sustainability at its heart - and while the candle will eventually burn out, the ceramic pot lives on, ready for its next refill insert. A genuinely low-impact gift that keeps on giving.

BEAUMONT ORGANIC SOCKS

Why? Because socks. Socks are synonymous with Christmas giving. Cotton socks are my day-to-day choice -  healthy to wear and easily washable, though increasingly hard to find as so many are now mostly polyester with just a little cotton in the blend. But on weekends, evenings, cosy hangs with family or friends… basically any moment I get to slow down and retreat is all about a pair of soft, woolly socks. The only downside? They sit in the laundry basket waiting for a knitwear cycle that rarely happens (most wool jumpers just need a good airing), so my foot-woolies are often out of circulation.

Beaumont Organic’s thick, soft cotton socks have come to the rescue. This Manchester-based sustainable fashion brand, founded in 2008 by Hannah Beaumont-Laurencia, creates ethical womenswear using eco-friendly fabrics produced responsibly in Europe with a focus on transparency, fair wages and reducing waste. Their socks come in three gorgeous colourways, can go straight into a 30°C wash with the rest of my clothes, and deliver everyday eco luxury - without the laundry faff.

LES SIX

My friend Sydney from London is living the dream in the French countryside, following her passion for eco, slow, conscious living and sourcing incredible vintage treasures from the brocantes - the charming French open-air markets and fairs where antiques, second-hand pieces and time-worn curiosities are sold. This year she became part of a wonderful community of brocante sellers in Provence by launching her own business, Les Six, a vintage and antiques homewares brand built around her six favourite natural materials to source: wicker, clay, linen, wood, metal and stone.

I’ve fallen in love with La Dinette. This 22-piece vintage French porcelain dining set is an heirloom piece - in perfect condition, ready to be adored and played with by little hands, and served to little bears. It’s the sweetest, most special gift for your little one this holiday season and for many years to come.

AROMA AURA READING WITH MICHELLE ROQUE O’NEILL

I was lucky enough to be one of the first to experience an Aroma Aura Reading with Michelle Roques O’Neil this summer - a sensory, introspective experience created by one of the UK’s most recognised aromatherapists. Held in Michelle’s serene Portobello Road studio, the session begins with a blind exploration of high-frequency organic, rare, exotic and precious oils, chosen simply by what you’re instinctively drawn to. From there, Michelle reads the energetic and emotional themes that arise, offering gentle but striking insight. It was the most wonderful therapy session as I tuned in and shared my inner world with Michelle’s incredibly nurturing energy.

Afterwards, she creates a bespoke vibrational oil based on your reading and sends it to you to use on specific pulse points, along with a written insight report with more details. If you’re looking for an experiential gift for a loved one, or to put on your own wishlist, then this is it. It’s a gift that feels grounding, clarifying and quietly transformative - something that lingers long after the session itself.

BONCHARGE TOOTHBRUSH

A toothbrush - even an electric one - might sound like a basic or boring gift, but this is next level for the wellness geeks on your list. Ayurveda has already taught me how deeply the oral microbiome influences the gut, so I’ve long been committed to tongue cleaning, oil pulling and avoiding harsh products. The emerging science around red light therapy — not just for skin, body and hair, but for gum health too - has really caught my attention. Devices like BONCHARGE’s red-light toothbrush are part of this new wave: early research suggests that red and near-infrared wavelengths may help reduce harmful oral bacteria, support collagen production and fibroblast activity, and even contribute to improving gum recession.

For anyone curious about a tech-meets-tradition approach to oral care, this is a clever, future-leaning gift that supports a healthy mouth–gut connection in a gentle, non-invasive way.

NAYDAYA CHEST WRINKLE SHIELD

For anyone who loves little beauty rituals with big impact, my fun and unusual gift pick for girlfriends this season is the Chest Wrinkle Shield by Naydaya — a female-led skincare and wellness brand created to support women through life’s many stages. Founded by mother of three Fiona Toomey, the brand grew from her search for skincare that truly worked during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

The Chest Wrinkle Shield is a reusable, 100% medical-grade silicone patch designed with occlusion technology to lock in moisture, intensely hydrate and smooth delicate décolletage lines without needles or anything invasive. Applied for a couple of hours, it creates a micro-climate that boosts hydration and circulation, helping reduce the look of fine lines from sleep wrinkles, sun exposure and natural ageing.

TEMPLE OF INCENSE

For anyone who loves a meaningful home ritual, Temple of Incense makes some of the most beautiful, clean-burning incense you’ll find. Founded by sisters Simi and Sam Walia, this female-owned London brand has built a loyal following for its handcrafted sticks made with natural resins, woods and essential oils — no synthetic fragrances, no harsh fillers, just pure, purposeful scent. Their bestsellers include Agarwood for deep, meditative sweetness; Nag Champa for nostalgic, grounding temple warmth; Frankincense & Myrrh for resinous, sacred calm; and Oudh for rich, velvety sophistication.

Incense has long been used in Ayurveda and ancient traditions for cleansing the air, shifting energy and soothing the mind. Burning something in the home - whether after a long day or simply to create a soft evening atmosphere - is a small ritual with a big impact, encouraging you to pause, breathe and reconnect. Temple of Incense honours this lineage with integrity: slow-made formulas and high-quality botanicals, creating a beautiful, meaningful gift that doesn’t take up space or cost the earth.

For anyone who loves the thrill of building without the clutter, Brick Borrow is a brilliant way to enjoy LEGO® set after LEGO® set without needing space to store them all. Co-founded in the UK by Tom Zanelli and Cameron Mitchell, it’s a monthly subscription service where you choose a set, build it, return it and pick your next challenge — all the joy of a new build, none of the long-term storage.

Plans start from £9.99 a month, and you can keep each set for as long as you like before sending it back in the same sturdy box. If any pieces are missing, you simply report them; Brick Borrow replaces what they can, and only charges modestly for larger or unreported losses. It’s a clever, sustainable way to keep curious kids (and grown-ups) inspired — with far less LEGO taking over the house.

EAST BY WEST WELLNESS BUNDLE

And of course, no Gift Guide would be complete without my go-to gift, the East by West Wellness Bundle. The bundle (also available to buy separately) includes:

  • The Neem Comb which helps to prevent dandruff, combat frizziness and reduce hair fall all while providing a relaxing massage.

  • The Kansa Wand is designed to activate Marma points (vitality points) to increase the flow of Prana (life-force energy) from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

  • The Tongue Tingler is a traditional tool that’s an integral part of the Ayurvedic morning routine and works to promote mouth health.

This wellness bundle makes a great gift for anyone in your life who’s in need of some TLC.

OUR PLACE TITANIUM COOKWARE SET

You know I’ve been championing traditional and low-tox cookware for the last 15 years -  and this is a pan I genuinely want to get behind. Especially for anyone who doesn’t have the time (or patience) to season cast iron or carefully prime stainless steel, this titanium frying pan is free from PFAS, PTFE and PFOA. It’s a non-toxic, nonstick pan with no coating to flake, leach or off-gas, thanks to its unique cooking surface of microscopic grooves and a raised honeycomb pattern (the patented NoCo™ technology). Hydrophobic and beautifully releasing, it’s also up to 300% harder than stainless steel.

Because the surface isn’t coated, metal utensils are fair game; it’s scratch-resistant, tri-ply for even heat and can handle up to 535°C. Whether you’re scrambling, sautéing or searing, it’s a luxurious, practical gift that quietly transforms everyday cooking — and will be loved for years to come.

If you’re looking for a gift that feels thoughtfully curated rather than generic, the Austin Austin Rosemary Balm & Hand Cream Gift Set is a brilliant choice. Unlike typical bath bombs or overly sweet pamper kits, this set champions genuinely effective skincare with certified organic and vegan formulations free from GM ingredients, silicones, parabens and artificial additives - a natural-first treat that feels as good ethically as it does to use. The rosemary balm and cedar & patchouli hand cream are rich yet light, perfect for slipping into a handbag for instant nourishment on the go, making this a gift anyone will appreciate every day. With recyclable, bio-enzyme enhanced packaging designed to fully degrade without leaving microplastics behind, it’s not only a luxury treat but a conscious one too.

ANCIENT + BRAVE CACAO AND COLLAGEN

Nick would definitely be grateful for this under the tree – we’re big fans – and I can probably count on both hands the number of friends and family who’d happily receive it too. A deliciously smooth, wholesome chocolate drink made with luxury raw South American cacao and hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, each serving delivers 2000 mg of high-quality collagen to support natural collagen levels. Blended with organic botanicals including baobab, beetroot, carob and cinnamon, plus ashwagandha for balance and vitality, it’s both comforting and quietly functional.

Presented in rich dark brown paper packaging with elegant gold detailing, it feels properly gifty and gorgeous. This is a hot chocolate to kick your morning off or a truly worth-it pause in the day. Made with organic raw cacao and cocoa, grass-fed bovine collagen peptides, and a considered blend of botanicals, it reflects exactly why we love Ancient + Brave – founder Kate Prince and her team of expert nutritionists and immunologists are meticulous about ingredient quality and the integrity of the entire production process, creating rituals that genuinely nourish from within.

For the makeup lovers on your list, ILIA’s Minis for Any Mood set has to be the perfect stocking filler. ILIA has long been one of my favourite natural beauty brands for their skin-first formulas — clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, no questionable additives, and makeup that supports skin health rather than masking it.

This limited-edition collection of three clean, skincare-powered minis for eyes, cheeks and lips is designed to give effortless, radiant colour while caring for skin and lashes - perfect for travel, touch-ups or simply trying out ILIA’s cult-favourite products. It features the Mini Multi-Stick in Whisper for cheeks and lips, the Mini Limitless Lash Mascara in After Midnight with its dual-sided wand, and the Mini Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon in Genre, a long-wear soft-matte crayon that hydrates, plumps and smooths lips - a gorgeous introduction to clean beauty.
