I love the saying "beauty from the inside." Our skin is the physical reflection of everything that happens within the body: the way we eat and breathe, as well as our thoughts and emotions. Our dominant Dosha(s) also play a part in determining our skin type, so every time we look in the mirror, we can recognise any imbalance we might be experiencing.
