HOLIDAY: L.A. EDITION

This outfit was brought to you from the mountains in Phoenix, Arizona! Whilst my last holiday look was ideal for a casual lunch or wandering around the local town, this one screams "beach" (or at the very least "poolside" in the desert...). Over recent years, there has been an influx of gorgeous swimwear brands (swimwear edit coming soon) including Vitamin A, whom I'm wearing here. I had so many questions when it popped up on my Instagram feed I knew it had to feature in one of my holiday edits. I'm now in L.A. and the West Coast is all about laid-back luxe so this works well here too, belted with a cross-shoulder bag for a more smart casual look or over a crop top and some cut-off jeans for Venice Beach vibes.

Read on for full details on this outfit, the perfect combination between British and American brands.

ST. ROCHE

Founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Paud Roche and Sue Stemp, St. Roche is a responsibly designed and manufactured womenswear brand. From the company’s Laurel Canyon studio, English designer and CFDA member Sue Stemp draws upon her experiences in London and New York while embracing a relaxed West Coast attitude and lifestyle. Believing clothing should be made with a conscience, St. Roche works with carefully selected manufacturing partners in India and Peru, who are committed to honest and ethical labor practices. They choose the eco-friendly option wherever possible incorporating GOTS certified organically grown and locally woven cottons, biodegradable Tencel, and sustainably produced knitwear in their collections

VITAMIN A

Founded in 2000 by California native Amahlia Stevens, Vitamin A combines feminine design with sustainable innovation. Vitamin A bikinis and bodysuits are designed and produced locally in California with exceptional attention to detail, in the brand's signature EcoLux fabric- a technically and environmentally superior luxe fabric, made from recycled nylon. Amahlia is inspired by ‘70s beach glamour and the modern muses who collect her designs. Vitamin A gives back a portion of proceeds directly to environmental organizations who help to protect our oceans.
